I get energy from creating things, whether that be designing an experience, building a design team, or making an animated short film. I live to create my best work and I am passionate about guiding others to create their best work too.

ANIMATION

I have written, voiced, and animated over 40 animated short comedies, screened in over 20 film festivals nationwide, and won several awards, including the "Best Animated Comedy Short" at the 2012 L.A. Comedy Shorts Film Festival and top honors at the 9th Annual Short Shorts Film Festival in 2014. In 2019, I partnered with DreamWorks TV to launch an animated children's show called "Neighborhood Super Watch," which is available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. UX DESIGN

I have 15+ years experience in UX + Interaction Design, with an extensive background in both building/leading teams and design delivery. I’ve worked at both agencies and large corporations and utilize a human-centered approach to create experiences that serve clients and their customers. I’m an advocate for user research and rapid prototyping, as well as constant collaboration and laughter throughout the entire design/development process. Discovery + Planning

It’s important to establish the problem we’re looking to solve and who we’re solving it for. This context feeds into ideation and helps us establish a strategy that addresses the needs of both the business and their customers. This work upfront is the foundation for success down the road.

Design + Test + Improve

Once we understand the problem, now it’s time to create the solution. The right approach can vary based on timing, budget, and technology we’re designing for, but typically I’ll look to create an interactive prototype that allows us to vet our solution with actual users and validate direction quickly and cost effectively.

Deliver + Deploy

Once our experience is designed, tested, and optimized, it’s time to deliver. I’ll partner directly with developers to ensure they have everything they need to build out the experience. I will review, test, and address improvement opportunities right up till we’re ready to deploy.

  • Assisted agency rebranding effort while optimizing internal marketing processes and execution

Hey there! My name is Greg Bro. I am a UX/UI Designer and an award-winning Animator working out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. By day, I use design and storytelling to solve problems for my clients and their customers. In the evenings and over the weekends, you’ll find me using those skills to create animated short films. My latest animated project was a children's show I created for DreamWorks TV that launched on Amazon Prime Video in 2019.
